weathr displays weather from Open-Meteo using animated terminal scenes, including rain, snow, thunderstorms, and day and night cycles. It supports configurable units and locations, plus simulated conditions for previewing animations.
Written in Rust, it uses crossterm for terminal interaction and Tokio for asynchronous work. Location can be set manually or detected through an optional IP-based lookup.
