Crowbook is a command-line publishing tool for turning Markdown chapters into books, with an emphasis on novels and fiction. A configuration file controls metadata, chapter order, typography, and output templates; single-file manuscripts are also supported.
The parser, rendering library, and command-line application are written in Rust. It generates HTML and EPUB output, while PDF generation requires an external LaTeX installation.
