Cosmic Noise is a desktop ambient-sound player for combining tracks such as rain, waves, and birds. Each track has its own volume control, and the interface offers several color themes.
The application is written in Rust with Iced for the interface and Kira for audio. It supports adding local sound files. The application code is MIT-licensed; bundled sounds have separate Creative Commons licenses.
