Av1an
Coordinate parallel video encoding with per-scene quality controls.
Av1an is a command-line video encoding framework for Windows, Linux, and macOS. It divides encoding work across external encoder processes and offers target-quality controls, VapourSynth input, and the ability to resume interrupted jobs.
The orchestration application and core library are written in Rust. Video processing also requires external tools, including FFmpeg, VapourSynth, and a supported encoder; the project is not a standalone Rust codec.
