Satty

Annotate and crop screenshots before saving or sharing them.

Satty is a screenshot annotation application for Linux and BSD workflows. It accepts an image file or screenshot data through standard input, then lets you annotate, crop, and save the result to a file or clipboard.

Its Rust implementation uses a GTK-based interface and OpenGL rendering. It can be paired with screenshot capture tools on Wayland compositors such as Sway and Hyprland.
