Redlib is an alternative frontend for reading Reddit without its standard web interface. It proxies requests, including media, through the server and offers a JavaScript-free browsing experience. Users can run their own instance or choose a community-hosted instance.
The server is implemented in Rust with Hyper, Tokio, and Askama templates. It focuses on signed-out Reddit browsing rather than providing a replacement for every logged-in feature.
