Marmite is a blog-oriented static-site generator that reads Markdown files and produces HTML pages. Optional metadata controls posts and pages, with support for tags, authors, feeds, and backlinks.
Its generator is implemented in Rust, using Comrak for Markdown parsing and Tera for templates. Embedded assets allow a basic site to start without a custom theme; a built-in development server and file watching support local previews.
