hwatch repeatedly runs a command and keeps output history so changes can be inspected later. Its terminal interface provides scrolling, configurable keymaps, and multiple diff views; batch output and JSON logging support non-interactive workflows.
The application is written in Rust, using Ratatui and Crossterm for the terminal interface. It can also trigger an additional command when output changes.
