Authenticator manages time-based, counter-based, and Steam authentication codes. Accounts can be added by scanning QR codes with a camera or from a screenshot, and the application supports password locking and importing or exporting supported authenticator backup formats.
The desktop application is written in Rust using GTK 4 and libadwaita. It integrates with GNOME Shell search and is available through Flathub.
